F1: 4g black + 4g green + 2g dried hibiscus, 50g sugar, 800ml water + 200ml starter (1L). F2: 4 macerated plums puréed with honey to taste

Home-dried hibiscus gives a bright red color; puréed plums with honey sweeten the second ferment.
