GT’s Trilogy clone

One of my favorites! These amounts are to be mixed with 1 gallon or 4 liters of base Kombucha. Scale up as needed. For the 1 gallon of base Kombucha; 16 grams Black Ceylon tea 16 grams Green Ceylon tea 220 grams of sugar 1 quart SCOBY 3 quarts water F2 flavor additions; 120ml or 4oz ginger juice 350ml or 12oz raspberry juice (juicing thawed frozen raspberries works) 150ml or 5oz lemon juice

Ingredients

  • Ginger
  • Raspberry
  • Lemon juice

Brewing notes

Ferment at 78 to 82 degrees F until Kombucha becomes sour with some sweetness still remaining, about 7-9 days.
